Tips for Fixing Audio or Video Issues with the SAGHS Virtual Meeting
Video issues:
  • If you can’t see the meeting, check to see if the GoToWebinar or GoToMeeting window has been minimized by checking the task bar at the bottom of your computer (PCs) or your dock (Macs). If it’s been minimized, restore the original size of the window by clicking on the GoToWebinar or GoToMeeting icon at the bottom of the screen. The icon will look like a little blue and white or orange and white flower.
  • If you still can’t see the meeting, try logging off then logging back onto the meeting. Quit the meeting, then click the “Join Webinar” button in the confirmation email that was sent to your email address when you registered for the meeting. This should resolve your problem. If not, see the bottom of these tips for trouble-shooting contact information.

  • Check the volume on your computer or headset. Make sure your volume is up and neither your computer nor headset is muted.
  • Try unplugging your headset from the computer and then plugging it back in.

  • For Mac Users – Go to “System Preferences,” click on “Sound.” The audio output should be set to your headset device. If not, select the device (headset) for sound output. The volume slider shows your computer’s volume level. Make sure your computer isn’t muted.
  • Is there a mute button on your headset? If so, unmute your headset.
