Whether you're at the onset of  your genealogy journey or have years of experience behind you, the Speaker Series offers enriching insights to all.

  • Genealogy Cornucopia: A Fall Festival of Genealogy Research – A free virtual event on Friday, October 18, the Genealogy Cornucopia features eight presentations on DNA, deciphering handwriting, tax records, genealogy tech, basic genealogy concepts, citing sources, the Allen County Public Library Genealogy Center, and migration patterns. Don't miss this outstanding event!
     
  • Beyond the Basics Genealogy Classes – Led by Lisa Mahler. Extend your research skills with Lisa as she leads attendees through websites and more in this free class held at the Tom Green County Library North Branch, 3001 N. Chadbourne Street, San Angelo.
    • Saturday: November 16 – watch for future dates.
    • Time: 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
       
  • Help Session at the Tom Green County Library – SAGHS volunteers help budding genealogists and experienced researchers alike past roadblocks.
    • Saturday: November 4, second floor computer lab
    • Time: 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
